Netgear Armor Vulnerabilities Scan Wont Work
I have an Orbi system CBR40 with one satellite (RBS20). I installed both January 8,2021 and of coarse it came with a free 90 day Netgear Armor. The system scanned all my devices that day. After the 90 days ran out I let the subscription run out. Fast forward to August and I started to worry about my system. I researched options and Netgear Armor seemed very well rated. So far, everything seems to work except the Vulnerabilities Scan. Everything shows the last scan date of January 8, 2021. I have hit scan numerous times. It spins for days. Nothing. I have tried single devices, nothing. I cannot seem to get this working correctly. Any help is appreciated.
Software version on Iphone 11 - Version 2.11.6.0
CBR40 firmware version V2.5.0.24_1.0.8

Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
We suggest to perform the following steps:
- Kindly uninstall and reinstall the Orbi app,
- Turn off and on the Orbi router then check armor.netgear.com after observing for several hours.
- If turn off and on does not fix the issue, please factory reset the router then observe again.
