Netgear Armor: ZERO support or is it just me?

Netgear Armor: ZERO support or is it just me?
I have an RBK50v2. I decided (against my common sense) to buy Netgear Armor in a futile attempt to offer my IOT devices some added protection. Is it protecting them? I don't know. I do know it does block some test URLs that I've tried.
But it scanned on day 1. Not all my devices were online. Now more than half of my devices still haven't been scanned 8 days later.
I have even done a factory reset on day 1 once a purchased and have rebooted also 7 days ago. I have tried contacting Netgear.
I have seen scammers give better customer support that these clowns. What is your experience?
Bitdefender support tried to help me. But they couldn't. I understand. Netgear has done absolutely Nothing. Nada. Nothing. Zip. Zilch.
Freaking completely worthless.
This is my last Netgear product. Ever.
