I have been using Bitdenfender Total Security already. Is that a reason? How can it be solved?

good luck. i called support and they have no clue. I am willing to pay for armor which is not free and because my 90 days are up they wont even reset the stupid subscription.
use another product. netgear has gone down the tubes. lousy support
