Netgear Armor reactivate after trial

How to reactivate Armor after trial time?
4 Days I subcribed and paied Netgear Armor. Up to know my Router says Armor not activated. Even after a reset of the the router wirh the newest firmeare, Im not able to activate Armor.
How can I activate my license in the router for Armor?
