Netgear Armor subscription rate incorrect

I purchased the discounted offer rate months ago, confirmation sent and all set. BUT I now see I am being charged the full rate of $69.99.
Could someone from customer service contact me to make the adjustment or refund the $69.99
Please do not have the customer service rep that said "no refunds allowed" contact me. I've read some community posts for Netgear Armor and the stories of not being willing to help at first.
