Netgear Nighthawk App - Internet Access Disabled

Hi there,

My nighthawk app can see all of the devices connected. However, I am not able to toggle the "Internet access" as it is greyed out.

What do i need to do to fix this issue?

Hello,

May you check to see if your router is due for a firmware update and may you reinstall the Nighthawk app.
