Netgear ORBI - ARMOR subscription failure

I purchased the ORBI RBS750 model from Costco last year and could never enable the "free" ARMOR subscription.

I always get the message "Unable to Subscribe". Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I feel that Netgear promised certain product features and is not able to keep those promises.
