Netgear Orbi RBK23 Netgear Armor now saying "Something went wrong. Try again"

The Netgear Orbi RBK23 (RBR20 router) worked fine with Netgear Armor for the past few weeks, prior to this I was using a different router.

Now, netgear armor is saying "Something went wrong. Try again" and there appears to be no recent signs of activity in Armor from when this started.

I have rebooted the router, but the problem still persists.

My impression is that most of us who participate regularly in this Orbi forum have little experience with Bitdefender Armor.
