Netgear Support is the Worst Ever!
Netgear should not be allowed to do business in the United States. Netgear has no ability to support their products. All I want, is my Netgear Armor subscription transferred to my now router. This is way to difficult for Netgear to accomplish.

No, they just keep saying it will be completed in no more than 72 hours. However, it has been many 72 hours. You actually cannot get in contact with anyone who can actually do anything. The only people you have contact with are ticket takers, they have no ability to actually provide support.

Sadly, for the most part it does need to go through support. Maybe one of the mod's I tagged will be available and message you for help with it.
