Netgear Xr1000 Armor Security
I bought a XR1000 in febuary and started a 1 year of the Armor Security in March, since that time my router has been reset and iv lost the armor security it tells me to use the app to set it up and it says free trial and freezes up, I finally found in the app under support it shows my subscription valid till 2023,
It does not apear active in the router when i log in or on the app and id get the text alerts when it blocked stuff, Now i get nothing,
I feel stuck also i cant seem to cancel it from the main website either it wants me to add a new Credit card before i can remove my current, also dumb since they dont have a Unsubscribe and i agreed to the 1 year annual agreement when i started it,
Any help on this would be very much appreciated!
