Re: Network Printers Printing During Security Scan
I get tired, I deactivate Netgear Armor even having paid the subscription until August. Obviously I will not renew it.
In this forum there are a lot of people, like me, wasting 3 sheets of paper every Tuesday! Does this seem normal to you? They do not care about their clients, or nature ...
Hopefully more people like me will tire of their service and values.

Re: Network Printers Printing During Security Scan
Still having this issue every week. Is there any way we can get the beta or unreleased firmware so we can get this solved until Netgear can release the firmware?

Re: Network Printers Printing During Security Scan
Actually, updating to the most recent firmware on my Orbi, solved the problem a few months back, finally. I hope that is true in your case as well.

Re: Network Printers Printing During Security Scan
I continue to have this problem. I have firmware version 1.5.0.48. I have three network printers so obviously this is wasting a lot of paper for no good reason. How can I get this fixed?

Re: Network Printers Printing During Security Scan
I just attempted the manual update by logging into my orbi account and it clearly said there's no updates available. When I attempt to download the link you sent, I can't figure out how to launch it? There's no software availble. Tried it on my MacPro and my Surface.

Re: Network Printers Printing During Security Scan
Hi Iamcarter,
Are you able to check for a firmware update using the web admin page or Orbi app? You may also refer to the article below on how to update the firmware manually.

Re: Network Printers Printing During Security Scan
I upgraded to FW 2.5.0.10 on my modem/router and FW 2.5.1.16 on my satellites and the printer problem persists. Every week at 10:30pm Saturday night, I get 3 nearly blank wasted sheets of paper.

I keep getting the three page report. Happens on two Brother Printers every week for at least a year= about 300 pieces of paper! You promised a fix a year ago... Any progress?
