Nighthawk R7000 armor

I just finished my 1 month trial of the Bitdefender. I purchased the subscription but it does not appear under the security tab on the Nighthawk App. When I tap on the security tab, it comes us expired and then asks me to confirm purchase and wants to charge me again. Any thoughts. Thanks in advance

did you get an activation code? 

You can plug that in to activate it.

Yes I have done that. I downloaded the Bitdefender app separately and I can access it there

May you send me a private message with your email address and serial number for us to check further. Can you confirm where you purchased the subscription from (Nighthawk app, Bitdefender store, etc)?
