Netgear sells me armor service, and then just never provides it. I can’t even contact them to get an answer. Do you need to pay them to be able to call. They don’t even let you email them and they give you community support! great nice work ! They suck never buying Netgear again.

Now I decided just try and get the free trial because maybe they’ll realize I paid but now it feels to even do that! Netgear sucks!!

Yeah I don’t think I can invest any more time in this nonsense, I am just going to contact PayPal and cancel it. Crazy that a cyber company can’t keep track of a payment and provide the cyber service that they offered and I paid for. Super weak Netgear
