Orbi RBR50 - Armor BitDefender installation on Mac

Hi  I have an Orbi mesh router and am trying to install Netgear armor Bitdefender on my Mac. After the application successfully installs on the Mac I am requested to log in using my Netgear user id/password.

When I enter the user id and password, I get the following message: “No internet connection found. Check your connection and try again”

Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I can fix this problem?

Hi @quidneck, welcome to the community! Are you able to login using the same credentials on armor.netgear.com? Did you use the link provided via the Armor app/UI?

Hi Dexter,

Thankyou. It worked when I used the link on armor.netware.com. It didn't work when I initiated the install using the Orbi app on an IPhone.
