Orbi RBR50 Blocking One Single Site?

Hi there, I have Orbi router RBR 50 running software version  V2.7.3.22

It's blocking access to  https://admin.typeform.com/ but not https://www.typeform.com/

I've followed various support threads on here to no avail.

I've used the typeform site for a decade, no issues, until just this week...  I've unblocked the site when it popped as a spam site inside the orbi phone app: https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuYYemA

and it shows inside the "unblocked" URLs: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Wnu00A9P

But yet - it still remains blocked? I've contacted Typeform - they've had no DDOS attacks or anything suspicous that they're aware of.

Any ideas why this may be the case?

Are either Bitdefender Armor or some form of Parental Controls enabled on this Orbi router?

@CrimpOn  Yes - the "Circle" app and armor as well. 

I now have access - it may have actually been the site in question having difficulties, as it now works and they have said that it wasn't only me that had issues (even though for the first 48hrs they said their site was fine). 

Will post again here if it doesn't stay resolved!
