Orbi RBR850 - Netgear Armour VPN not connecting on iOS devices

Purchased a new Orbi RBR850

Installed Netgear Armor/Bitdefender on iPad (Latest iOS 15)

Asked to install VPN profile

Web Protection VPN installed profile - server = dns.bitdefender.net/dns-query

VPN tries connection multiple times then times out - please aknowledge this as my issue.

I have trial subscription (7 days left) and would like to install this properly

as a side note - installed Netgear "My Time" and the VPN profile worked perfectly.

2nd question - will Armor VPN and My Time VPN clash?

If so, fix this issue as Netgear are promoting 2 features of which you can only use 1 at a time.

I want to use my time whilst protected with Bit Defender.

      HI FURRYe38 - Thanks for trying to bump this thread. I havn't seen anything online to help and I think I sould consider Netgear Support to determine why 2 VPN's are needed for Armor and My Time... 2 "Netgear" services that don't work with each other...

  • To make things even worse, this exact same problem also occurs when trying to use Bitdefender Total Security along with Bitdefender VPN on Apple devices…

      So I’m not going mad then. As an FYI, no one @ Netgear seem to be interested in this dilemma they’ve created. Luckily this isn’t an enterprise solution. Customers would just throw the solution out on the front lawn. Unlucky for us we’re stuck with this.
