I go to “settings” on Orbi app then “security” next page shows armor expires on 2022-09-13 (I purchased subscription a week ago after it had expired). I see check mark with “updating armor”. The enable slide button never works. And the “launch armor” tab on bottom is inop also This page never changes. If I go back to dashboard on Orbi app and just touch “security” button Orbi app locks up and quits responding or else opens saying checking armor … it gives error message ARM-PYMT-EXP with phone number. I called phone number but got transferred twice. After waiting 1.5 hours and being told by robo another30 minute wait I gave up.
