Paid for 1 Year Netgear Armor through email link... Nighthawk App asking me to pay again??
My trial expired so I recieved an email with option to purchase. So I made a payment via PayPal and recieved a confirmation email. The email showed no confirmation code of any kind. When opening nighthawk app the security tab shows expired, when taping on it it asks me to buy a subscription. Also I dont see a place where to enter in a confirmation code (which I dont even have). Not liking this at all... I will try to dispute the payment if this doesn't get resolved, I feel ripped off.
I have a Nighthawk AX70 router (not a AX80)

Hi drewjbx,
Normally Armor issues are brought about by accidentally using different emails in the registration / Nighthawk app / or the email used when purchasing Armor:
- On the web, go to https://accounts.netgear.com/ to see if router is registered to the same account
- From the Nighthawk app, go to Account Management. Check if the account is the same.
- Check the invoice you received as it may list the email you used during purchase.
You will only receive an activation code if you purchased the subscription from Bitdefender. Here's an article from Bitdefender: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2356/.
If the email matches, then your issue probably needs more investigation in the backend.
