Paid for Netgear Armor - Cannot Activate
Hello, I have a Nighthawk AX8 AX6600 router. My Armor service was expired. I just paid and renewed the service, but it will not activate. When I attempt to access the Security setting on the Nighthawk app, the only option is to start a trial of Armor service. Attempting to activate the Trial fails, which is not surprising since I've already used up my trial.
When I look at bitdefender.netgear.com, my subscription is active and my router appears, but everything (connected devices) are "stuck" in 2021 and nothing currently connected to my router appears. If I attempt to reach customer service, Netgear won't allow me to since my router's 1 yr warranty has expired.
How the heck do I get the subscription activated? There are so many different logins needed by Netgear and Bitdefender that it feels like that may be a part of the problem, but maybe not? The serial numbers of the router match across my Netgear and Bitdefender accounts.
