Positive NETGEAR Armor comments? If so , then please share!

I am at my wits end since 01/01/21 - the day I purchased a NETGEAR Armor subscription.  It's been one frustration after another: we don't recognize this device/unable to login/we can't verify this account/unknown error via NETGEAR Nighthawk APP, recognizes 1/2 of my devices/devices that I don't even own via armor.netgear.com but recognizes all of my devices via routerlogin.net, status not activated via routerlogin.net, but NETGEAR Armor has an active staus via armor.netgear.com,...

 

After many/too many frustrating phone calls to NETGEAR Tech Support and all to no avail, I have lots of negative feelings towards NETGEAR Armor.  Thus, I would greatly appreciate anyone who is willing to share some positive experiences with NETGEAR Armor - is it worth pursuing because it seems to be a good concept on paper or should I just cancel the whole shabang?  THANKS!

Not one positive experience here.  Been using it since August

No problem!  If only Netgear Armor support would do the same.  Do they even actually have support?  Or is this forum the only avenue?
