R6700v3 and Nighthawk app crashes out to white screen on the security tab

I am trying to disable Netgear armor in my router itself now that my trial subscription has expired but I cannot access the security settings from the home tab on the web interface for the router and the Nighthawk app seems to crash out to a white screen whenever I select the security settings on it.  any suggestions?  this is killing me.

Hello thugpipe, 

May you reinstall the Nighthawk app and after doing so, please tap on the Security tile in the Nighthawk app to disable Armor.
