RAX 120 Netgear Armor activation error
Hello,
i have purchased a Netgear Armor license and i try to activate it on my RAX120 Router. The Nighthawk app reports that Security is Not Activated.
When i click the button it asks me to Activate Trial. I proceed with the action but after 2-3 seconds i get a message that says Failed to Subscribe.
Searhing this forum i found that one way to fix this is to reset the Router. I did that but the Router stil refuses to work with the Netgear Armor. I also tried to Enable/Disable Remote Access without success.

i have activated the account in armor.netgear.com but the Router reports not activated.

Sometimes the enabling/disabling remote management can help.

You may also try power cycling your router. If your issue persists, please send me a private message with your email address and router serial number.

I contacted bitdefender and they say my license is not compatible with the Router. They will change it internally. This is very strange since i subscribed to the service through the armor.netgear.com and i selected the Nighthawk device.
