I have a Orbi system RBK52 (1 router + 1 satellite) and just reset them and reconfigurate as new. After that, I cannot activate the netgear armor. When i click the "Security" icon in the orbi app, it ask me to click the "Activate Trial" button. I clicked it and it return error "Failed to Subscribe". I had subsribed the netgear armor service at bitdefender website. What can i do to activate the netgear armor service for my orbi....

Re: RBR50 cannot activate netgear armor after router reset
this question is much more likely to reach "someone who knows things" if posted in either the Orbi "app" communit forum or the Armor community forum:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-App/bd-p/en-home-orbi-app
https://community.netgear.com/t5/NETGEAR-Armor/bd-p/en-home-armor
It's not that we don't want to help, but from what I have observed, very few people who participate in this "ordinary Orbi questions" forum have ever activated Armor or have much to do with the Orbi "app". (Probably why Netgear created separate forums for those topics.)
