RBR850 Armor “updating” for 2 days when reactivating
Resubscribed to Armor and it’s been 2 days and still in “updating” mode. Already rebooted the routers and no difference.

Hello,
Welcome to the community! Can you reinstall the Orbi app and let me know if your issue persists.
Thanks,
Christian

Re: RBR850 Armor “updating” for 2 days when reactivating
I opened a case with Netgear to troubleshoot. Couldn't get it to work after a couple of hours of troubleshooting, so I opted for a refund of Armor. Waited a week, and activated Armor again, but this time there wasn't an "Updating" message, at least this time it did show up as an active subscription in the armor.netgear.com page. Waited a couple of days and activated the trial and that worked.
From what I can tell, it seems to be an issue between the Orbi routers and Armor subscription database. Orders process just fine, but seem to be out of sync when activating.
