Rbk20 Connectivity
So, Orbi installed, unasked, a 30 day trial of armor security software. The first thing it did was kick half of our homes devices off the network, and so far is not letting many of them rejoin! After spending three hours rebooting and reconfiguring I got a few back on, but not all. And, how can I get rid of this software I didn’t ask for, nor want?

Please conclude posting about this in the Armor forum:

Factory reset and setup from scratch. Armor should appear as a window that asks you if you want to enable it or not after the setup wizard completes. Click on the X in the upper right hand window and this will close and disable Armor.

Re: Rbk20 Connectivity
Hi @Mariemace, welcome to the community! Having Armor enabled should not disconnect devices in the network. You can check the link below for the steps to disable/enable Armor if you are looking to isolate the issue.
Please keep us posted.
