On that we can agree but my experience is Armour Plus simply does not protect. After Netgear told me they would not support my product (RBR40) I reached out to Bitdefender since that is where my check out screen lands when I touch security on my app. They sold me Armour with a free upgrade to Armour Plus. My IP still shows Comcast in Jackson, MS which is a default Comcast location 190 miles from us. Bitdefender assures me I am protected but the IP is not masked in any way.
Armor safeguards your sensitive information, leaving you to browse the web securely, without the annoyance of targeted ads or content restrictions.
The reason I want VPN is FanDuel says my Jackson, MS IP is more than 50 miles from Memphis so I cannot watch the Grizzlies. NBA League Pass says Jackson, MS (190 miles away) is still in region so I am blocked. There are no VPNs for Roku TVs so the "easy" fix should be Armour Plus in the router.
If it worked. Working on a refund at this point.

That is probably because its the location of the server closest to you. I have NordVPN in Ohio and I usually have to connect to a server in Chicago Il. With a VPN like Nord you can choose your location. I'm not so sure that is the case with Armor VPN.
