Spam alerts on Orbi RBK752

What do the spam alerts signify?  Does it mean that the particular computer has malware?  I see the majority of these alerts on my son's laptop.

How do I get support for this forum?  The notification emails I get contain invalid links.  When I try to open the link it just opens a URL of "link."
