Trying to reactivate expired Armor on RBR50. Cannot due to "This plan is not available".

Hi,

I've had my RBR50 for some time and wanted to subscribe to Armor.
When I follow the directions on Netgear's site I get an error reporting "This plan is not available".
I've power cycled, checked for new firmware. Nothing fixes the issue.

What firmware is on the router? (and the satellites)

V2.7.3.22 on both.

Theres a newer 2.7.4.24

Have you tried manually updating to that and activating?

I've checked for updates with the Orbi app which didn't find an update. I've manually updated the router and satellite to 2.7.4.24. 

I am still getting the same error with Armor.

Have you tried contacting support to purchase armor and activate it?

You could also just try a factory reset. Its kind of a default answer but surprisingly works

Sadly the support process points everyone here. I've sent an email asking for assistance.

It really shouldn't be this hard to give a company money.
