Unable to connect to Netgear Armor VPN

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have Orbi RBR10 Dual Band Mesh WI FI system installed about a month back and I have subscribed for permium VPN.&nbsp; I am trying to connect to VPN, but it is not connecting.&nbsp; Can someone help me here by sharing their experience on how to make VPN work?I am located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India (GMT +5:30).&nbsp;Regards,Satish

Your Internet connection has a public routeable WAN IP address assigned to the router?

Compare the information shown on the Orbi for the Internet/WAN address with a Google "what is my IP address".
