Unable to renew Armor Subscription
I am trying to renew the armor subscription and it does not allow me to do so. Error message “This plan is not available”. I saw other threads on similar errors and please know that I already tried deleting and reinstalling the app, rebooting the modem/router and also tried installing the app on a different device. Nothing helped. The model of the router is Nighthawk AX2700 (which for some reason does not even show up in the list of models when I was posting this message lol)

Sadly, you do need to talk to support with it.
To get a hold of support for subscriptions services like Armor/Circle, click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process.
Click on: My Support---->Contact Support---->Get help with my subscription service

Thank you for your reply. I just tried that and it won’t even let me go through the support because it says that I need to buy a support contract. It’s not even my fault that does not allow me to renew. So disappointing with Netgear customer service….

Did you already tried to login to your armor account by using the website, my subscriptions? https://armor.netgear.com/
