Updating/Error Amor Message for Subscription
Model: RBR750
Firmware: 3.2.16.22
IOS Platform
Problem:
I am unable to activate my Netgear Armor subscription using an activation code. I am getting the error message on my app that says "activating armor", which I believe is due to an expiraration of an activation code which expires within 24 hours.
I have reviewed this problem with several Netgear technical support associates and no one has been able to help me at this point.
