Roku's tend to not play nice with VPN's.  Roku tries to prevent VPN use as some apps will not work with VPNs on.

@JamesBaron Yes, that is true, however, some apps may not work correctly with a VPN installed.  So, your mileage may vary in terms of successfully using a VPN with Roku.
