all devices in my wifi showing ddos attack RBR850 and Armor
Apologies if this is answered and I missed it.
Returned home today after a few days off and the wifi network was unresponsive. AT&T fiber, Humax 320-500 modem, Orbi RBR850 (firmware 4.6.14.3) and two RBS850 satellites. AT&T on passthrough to Orbi as router. I power cycled the Orbi units and then started receiving Orbi Armor alerts about seemingly every device on my home network under a DDNS attack. I've power cycled many of the devices including Apple TV, iPhones and Amazon but the alerts keep coming. I cant figure out the common denominator. Can any of you point me to a good article where I can educate myself on how to find the root cause and mitigation?
Thanks,
Ed Johnson

Re: all devices in my wifi showing ddos attack RBR850 and Armor
The good news is that whatever they are, Armor is reporting them as Blocked.
The not so good news is:
- DDNS Attack does not turn up on internet searches. Perhaps a typo?
Does selecting one of these entries bring up more information? - Nothing so far explains what would cause the WiFi network to be unresponsive.
This sounds like a question to be raised in the community forum devoted to Armor:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/NETGEAR-Armor/bd-p/en-home-armor
(I realize this may appear to be a "cop out", but many of the people who participate in these forums chose not to enable Armor. I, myself, saw the term "free trial" and said, "no way I'm falling for that." In addition, my observation is that the only mention of Armor in the community forum is from people who are unhappy. True, happy customers do not post in forums.)
It might be helpful to log into the Orbi web interface (http://orbilogin.net , see page 20 of the user manual:
https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RBK852/RBK852_UM_EN.pdf
and look at the Orbi log. - page 102. Does it mention anything about "attacks" on those specific devices?
