can't update bitdefender
I have bitdefender and it says there is an update that needs to be done. I click on the update and it never finishes loading. I keep getting an error message 1016 and it tells me to check my internet connection. My internet is working just fine and I also disconnected it and tried to update using my phone as a hotspot and it won't finish. It gets to 98% and then gives me the same erro 1016 message. How can I fix this?
