denial of service attacks on Owlet cam 2

I keep getting denial of service attacks on owlet cam 2. As soon as I hooked it up to my router every 10 minutes dozens of attacks happen. What would be causing this? The netgear router is hooked to my verizon 4g lte home internet router.
