how to re-activate armor after Orbi Orbi Rbre960 update

I can no longer reactivate Netgear Armor on Orbi Rbre960.

After activate trail get message: Error Failed to Subscribe

A few days ago I performed a firmware update on the Orbi Rbre960, which caused some problems and of advice of Netgear reset everything to factory settings and rebuild. Everything works fine now, only I can no longer activate armor and I have a valid subscription.
