loading netgear armor on to my alienware pc and laptop

Just bought the new RS300 netgear wifi router. downloaded the netgear armor on to my iphone 16 pro ok, 2024 ipad ok. trying to load it on my alienware laptop m17 and alienware pc R16. any suggestions. thanks in advance
