netgear orbi armor: device is offline

Hi 

I have just updated netgear orbi to the latest firmware (2.3.0.32) and i am trying to activate netgear armor through the orbi app but i keep getting the message "device is offline".

Is there anyway to fix this?

I had to do a factory rest to get mine to work.  Seems to be the only way

thank you - i actually did that yesterday and it seems to have fixed the issue.
