problems getting into active armor on router

i have an active armor subscription. i only use it on my router RS700.

i no longer see it as active on the router if i am in the ios app. And when i try to activate it i get an error to try again later.

the only way i see it is if i to armor.netgear.com.

all software , apps, and firmware is updated.

i no longer get alerts on my phone , i only see them if i go to armor.netgear.i am going on 2 weeks now. 

not sure what has happened
