BR200 querying DNS requests itself instead of providing IP

I have Pi-hole (a DNS-based ad filter) setted up in one computer (let's say Computer A), and I have all the routers (R0 and R1) pointing its default DNS to that computer.

I want all the devices in my network to check the DNS using Pi-hole without manually changing the DNS on the network interface configuration, but I don't want all the devices to filter the ads (Pi-hole is not perfect, and I don't want to bother other people in my network). This is possible thanks to Pi-hole client grouping: I'll add all my devices to the "filter" group, while leaving all the other devices as the default (unfiltered) group.

The problem is that the BR200 is doing the DNS itself (all the requests shows as 192.168.1.1), thus can't filter the clients by IP/MAC. Is there any configuration I can choose to just provide the DNS IP and let the client to do the request?

Here's a network sketch:

The BR200  is an Insight Managed Business Router. Not much in common with the standard routers covered here.

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.

You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

Business Wireless - NETGEAR Communities

I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.

In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

Check for various troubleshooting tips.

You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
