BR500 Insight Pro Free Year subscription expired in one month
We're supposed to have a free year subscription--at least that is what I'd read when making the purchase decision. Now I can't find br500 on the list of devices, only br200. In fact, I can't even find the BR500 product page.
I registered my device on May 14, 2020. It expired on June 14, 2020. That is not a year.

What "list" are you refering to here? It should be possible to buy or extend Insight subscriptions for the BR500. Needless to say, the BR500 must remain in your Insight site device list ...
In fact, I can't even find the BR500 product page.
What feature are you behind from the BR500? In a sneak peek, the BR200 looks like a BR500 minus the (not-so) fameous Insight Instant VPN feature to me.
