Insight VPN Client Error 935
Although the BR500 has been working fine for several weeks at my small business with a 200 x 200 Spectrum Business Internet connection, I am only now activating / subscribing to the VPN features. I have tried to use the Insight Instant VPN client using two different computers on my home network (recently upgraded to a Netgear Orbi 6 system with a 350 x 20 Spectrum Internet connection) and testing two different Insight VPN users; however, I always receive error 935 when the Insight VPN client tries to connect. I can't find documentation of what error 935 means. The Diagnosis Tool finds no problems with Files & Folders, Driver, Firewall, or VPN Server.
