Strange, ZA shoud be covered as per https://kb.netgear.com/000053255/What-countries-and-currencies-are-Insight-subscription-plans-availa... . Have already checked with the credit card issuer in case of anti-fraud protection?

Hi, I saw South Africa is on the list and it accepts everything I do untill I submit my credit card details - then it says invalid credit card detail. I'll check the fraud part though.....

My sincere aplogy but I think I may have given the wrong information. The subscription I'm trying to buy is "Insight Premium Subscription". Same error though....

Nothing to worry @Odex - of course, the Pro keys are offered over the distribution/re-seller network, not online. This renewal issue here is something Netgear must look into - can't help as just yet another customer here. @YeZ 

 

@pinkprincess there was and is a lot of demand to re-join the QNAP community, Don't worry, I'm still reading there, because I still have a lot of QNAP customers in the field, and still operating a reasonable QTS and QTS Hero test environment 8-).

Thanks. I tried logging a Netgear ticket but the system isn't working. I have to call an international number (which I can't do) within 24 hours and there is no other means whatsoever to contact them ...

What is the problem? It isn't a costly call rate number, isn't it? Netgear does often offer these "on case" call-in numbers for qualified business service.

Not sure, the dial-in numbers could vary, depending on the location. Last option, it could be a call routing issue by Netgear's service provider.

 

Country you are calling from?

International prefix correct for your phone provider and location?

 

This issue requires more detailed investigation - it's not the first similar report these days.
