What is NEW in Insight 5.0?
- Firmware Scheduler: Users can create an automated update schedule based on their best time
- Facebook WiFi (Premium Feature): Allows Customers to interact with the Business’ Facebook page while getting access to free WiFi on their premises.
- 2-Factor Authentication: Improved Security by adding SMS or Email
- Advanced In-app support: Provide easy access to NETGEAR knowledge base, chat/phone info and also allows to open a support case right through the app
- STP/RSTP Management per port (Enhanced feature)
- Layer 3 Static Routing: Simple way to provide segmentation of the network with internal routing through the switch
- Enhanced PoE controls (power management for PoE ports)
- New Insight managed 52-port switches GC752X and GC752XP (launched in June 2018)
