Not being able to activate a device

When trying to add a unclaimed device (a Readynas rn104) to the insight management app,  I must enter the admin username and password. The Insight app does’t accept my username password combination. I do however use this combination to log in directly on my NAS. Am  I doing something wrong? I did also create a new network and added the same password as my NAS but no luck. I can still acces my NAS directly using this password.

Re: Not being able to activate a device

Not that obvious indeed - only x86 and the current ARM based ReadyNAS (RN2xx and up) can be added to Insight.

FMI: How do I discover, add, and register a ReadyNAS storage system in the Insight app?
ReadyNas Insight not able to connect (specifically the last post by @johngm).
