POE Switches that connected with Insight Cloud service were reboot automatically

we have some GC728XP and GC752XP switches are managed by Insight.  Once a while i would receive the email notifications about the switches were automatically rebooted by Insight.  Does anyone have the same experience?  It caused some services were interrupted because some of the switches have been connected to the production servers. 

Firmware version is 1.0.5.25.  How could i prevent them from the rebooting by Insight?  Thanks!

Have configured and scheduled - at an unlucky time - automatic firmware updates in Insight?

not as i aware of.  it happened before.  Netgear engineer admitted it was pushed by Insight even cusotmer didn't conifugre any update.

why does Insight reboot the device without any notice to the customer and have cusotmer's permission?
