Greetings Insight Community,
We are aware of an issue affecting some users that are attempting to log into the Insight Mobile App. If you see an error of "Could not connect to server. Try again later" or "There was some problem in communicating with our servers. Please try again later." you should uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the app 5.0.11. to resolve this issue.
