Cant pay for this service

Good day,

I have a call with Netgear for almost two weeks.

I used the trail for smart home parental controls.

now I would like to buy it but I can’t. I can’t select the tick box accepting the terms and conditions. It just remains green and can’t select it when trying to pay for the service.

Tried PayPal , tried credit card but both do not work.

I saw other users also have this challenge , kindly explain on how to fix.

regards

J wouter

Yes after a number of escalations it was fixed by NETGEAR,

problem is definitely on their side , so not much you can do except escalate until the request debug data from your device…..

Re: Cant pay for this service

I am having the same issue with my RBR850. I can't tick the terms and conditions circle to complete the purchase. A bug is preventing people from ticking it.

Were you able to get it fixed?

Re: Cant pay for this service

I've been trying to for the past 2 months but they just keep going around in circles.

Anyways I've found the perfect solution. It is to buy a Firewalla router and setup the Orbi routers as access points.

Firewalla has a much better parental controls software and does not even require a subscription. Not to mention all the other features it includes that Orbi does not have.

I tried giving my money to Netgear but they simply would not take it.
