Cant unlock premium SPC future on RBR50

Hallo

I can´t unlock the premium future of SPC (Mytime) on my RBR50 router

My trial worked perfect but the trial period is closed and when i tap the unlock premium ind the android app there  are only showing 3 blue icons and nu text.

When i login on the router directly the SPC area are missing.

RBR50 firmware : V2.7.4.24

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Have you powered OFF the ISP modem, router and your mobile device for 1 minute then back ON and see if the NH Circle app can connect to the router?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

The orbi rbr50 router is connected to provider "FASTSPEED" in Denmark with a Sagem Fast 3890V3 for coax signal

I have tryed to turn of power on the Orbi royter and the Sagem unit

I have also tryed to start from scratch

Nothing has fixet it.

Your ISP modem has a build in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.

Hey

Router is a sagemcom coax cable modem and router
Isp is 'fastspeed' in denmark
Sagemcom is in Bridge mode and wifi off

Orbi router rbr50 is factory reset and latest firmware installed.
Orbi has static ip assigned.

Still not working.

Check to be sure SPC is supported in your region:

Also by your screen capture it says SPC is Expired so you may need to subscribe to it again.

that’s exactly what I and the OP tried to do, after the trail expired unlock  / purchase  the service… so yes it will show its expired….

When i try to reactivate its say that no plan i is available

The trial was ok but after expire it cant be activated again

I have a plan available, however i can’t pay there is a green tick box to accept terms and conditions that I can’t seem to select...... logged a call 2 weeks ago but nothing from netgear.

As said call is open with Netgear , called them multiple times.

so no Netgear has niet been very helpful

Im having the same effin problem with my RBR850. Its not an issue with the firmware or router. Its a dang issue with the app software. The monkeys that coded it made the TOS checkbox/circle un tickable.

And since we cant accept the TOS, we cant click the purchase button. FIX THIS ASAP. How did this bug make it to production?

I've tried this on IOS And ANDROID and the same issue persists.
