Devices not showing in Nighthawk app

I just purchased the NETGEAR Smart Parental Controls and I can't use them as no devices show in my Nighthawk app. I have an iPhone 13 and a Samsung Flip3. Neither device shows the devices. I'm trying to set up parental controls like I PAID to do but I'm able to do so.

How do I fix the apps to show my devices and/or is there a PC desktop version I can use on my laptop.

It’s the Nighthawk AX3000, I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
